Warranty
All Endgame Gear products include a limited warranty from the date of purchase. EU: 24 months. North America: 12 months. Other regions follow their respective local laws. Warranty applies to products purchased through authorized retailers or the official Endgame Gear website.
What the Warranty Covers
Manufacturing defects, electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse, component failures under normal use, firmware-related malfunctions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications; cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration); damage caused by third-party accessories; normal wear and tear; products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to make a good video
Phone in one hand, mouse in the other. Start by showing the bottom of the mouse so we can read the serial number, then hold the mouse near your screen so we see both the mouse and the screen in the same shot. Show us the issue clearly.
What won’t work: blurry photos, screen recordings, weird angles, or a picture of the box. We need to see you holding the mouse and showing the problem on camera.
Warranty Notice
If you did not purchase your product directly from Endgame Gear and wish to claim a warranty, please contact the point of sale (retailer) where the product was purchased. Endgame Gear can only provide warranty service for customers with whom we have a valid purchase contract.
